U have to get aggregate of 45 % in PCM

  • The minimum percentage for general category is75%
  • For other categories is less than 75%

Every year cut off for 20 percentile is different. You may consider 75% as a qualifying percentage as it is the maximum cutoff ( getting 75% doesn't need 20 percentile cutoff )
