Hi Sourabh
There is no minimum percentage required in 12 to sit in JEE mains/Advance.
To sit in JEE advance you need to be among the top 2,24,000 (including all categories) candidates in JEE mains. The percentages of OBC-NCL is 27%
However to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks a General category student should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class
For SC/ST students the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th. No other crietria is mentioned related to OBC category.
Best of luck.

Greetings.
As an OBC candidate, you require atleast 75% marks in 12th board to be qualified. If you fail to score those marks in boards, even if you cracked mains, you will not be eligible for admission in iits and nits.
Thank you.
