First of all I would like to clear that admission in IITs is completely on the basis of rank obtained in JEE advanced but yes you need to qualify JEE main in order to be eligible for JEE advanced.
Being from SC category to be on the safer side you need to target at least around 50 percentile in jee main in order to qualify it to be eligible for JEE advanced
For example,
Minimum percentile in jee main 2021 to qualify it to be eligible for jee advanced is given below :-

--------) EWS:- 66.2214845 percentile
--------) OBC-NCL :- 68.0234447 percentile
--------) SC :- 46.8825338 percentile
--------) ST:- 34.6728999 percentile
--------) PWD :- 0.0096375 percentile

Coming to rank required in jee advanced to get IIT Delhi,
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the jee advanced exam,

-----------) jee advanced examination difficulty level.

-----------) the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then,
Jee advanced 2021 cut off/closing rank is given below:-
Indian Institute of Technology Delhi:- 1836 sc rank and it was for Textile Technology (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology)
So, you need at least around 1800 sc rank in jee advanced for IIT Delhi.
