To get Medical stream I. e. Physics, Chemistry and biology . It basically depends upon your school criteria but in general it is suppose to be 80 in 10th class. Have a mindset to attain 80% so that your chances are more to get stream of your choice.

To get seat in 11 th standard or intermediate in science stream with subjects like Physics, Biology and Chemistry, minimum 45 percentage to 50 percentage in 10th standard from a recognised Board.
Also, there are some good Private Colleges for taking admission into 11 th standard or Intermediate along with Competition exam preparation included in the curriculum like JEE Mains or JEE Advanced or State Level entrance exam like MHT CET, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET, KCET, etc.
