Hello,

Percentage of SCA in the LLB (Hons) differs from one Indian state to another as well as from one institution to another. For instance, Tamil Nadu SC 18% have 3% reserved for SCA. Meaning that SC candidates automatically draw upon SC reservations and get a sub reservation in that base reservation.

Each state has different reservations as per the local regulations. In general for, the central universities and institutions which are under national-level laws SC candidates including SCA get 15 percentage reservations. Check with the University or the College you applying to and make sure to verify that quota percentage can vary across states and institutional policies.

The eligibility for the LLB programmes is based on a qualifying score in the entrance examination along with category-based reservation cut-offs.
