Akanksha, you haven't mentioned your Category. In 2018, the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota has been as follows:
General Category: 562
OBC: 511
SC: 417
ST: 304
Now as mentioned, this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019, the individual cut offs increased by 60-75 marks. So you should aim for atleast 80 marks more if you want to secure a seat in NEET 2020.

Well that depends on the course you are opting for.If you are looking for an admission to B.com or Economics course the cut off is as high as 98 to 99 even 100 percent for some of the best colleges like SRCC,Hindu,Hansraj,Miranda,Stephens.
Even cutoff for science courses like Bsc Physics,Chemistry are as high as above 90 to 95 percent
