Hey,
IISER admission is conducted through three channels-Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna(KVPY),Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology(JEE Advanced)State and Central Board Channels(SCB).
If you want to apply through SCB,then you must meet certain minimum cut offs prescribed by IISER for their respective boards.
Since you are CBSE then a percentage of 88.3 or above will help you (as per 2017).
