There has never been a cutoff marks required for getting admission in MBBS and BDS seats.
You need to secure marks that willil make you eligible for NEET exam. Once you have passed the NEET exam , you need to go for counseling.
You will be getting seats based on your NEET score only and your position in the Merit list.
