110 marks in Jee Main paper 1 means you can expect a percentile in the range of 96.39 to 96.59 which means your expected rank would be around 31000 to 37000. But this is your expected rank as the actual rank depends on various deciding factors such as your category, number of students appeared in the exam, highest score obtained etc. Considered you as a general category candidate with this rank, you can get into NITs but getting CSE in top NITs might be difficult as the CSE seats of those NITs lie around 3000 rank. However you haven't mentioned your home state quota. You can expect CSE in NITs such as Patna, Silchar, Uttarakhand, Srinagar, Hamirpur and North East NITs etc. And other branches such as Civil, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering in NITs like Patna, Durgapur, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Bhopal, Goa etc. However this is based on previous years' data and this year it might change.
