This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then , to get Computer Science Engineering in a good NIT you need to get percentileat least around 99.3 percentile
For example,
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , 8215 was the closing rank for gender neutral for general category for other state in NIT Durgapur for computer science which is one among good NITs.

And to get around 8215 rank, you need at least around 99.3 percentile as per our rank predictor at
