Hi

This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then , to get Computer Science Engineering in a good NIT you need to get percentileat least around 99.3 percentile

For example,

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 ,  8215 was the closing rank for gender neutral for general category for other state in NIT Durgapur for computer science which is one among good NITs.

You can check the same at

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

And to get around 8215 rank, you need at least around 99.3 percentile as per our rank predictor at

To have a personalised report on your chances of getting a college you can go through our college predictor, it will give you complete list of colleges which you can get on the basis of the category you belong to,  your home state, your gender etc, the link for  jee main college predictor is provided below
