Analysing the previous year data, the cut-off rank for CSE in IIIT Lucknow was 6084 for the OBC category. For this rank, you need to score atleast 98 percentile, or 99 percentile to be on the safe side.
Also, note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. As per previous year records its expected that you need to secure rank around 6500 to get admission in IIIT lucknow. You need to secure above 97 percentile minimum.
