How much percentile required to qualify for JEE advance?

Every year in order to appear in JEE advanced every year 2,20,000 students appear although this number may vary slightly every year but in order to be eligible for JEE advanced you should have a better rank than this. Also if you are from general category then you will have to perform better as 50% seats are reserved for other categories. Hope this helps.

Their is no particular criteria according to percentile which will decide your eligibility for JEE Advance exams but instead the selection criteria for jee advance exams for year 2019 was in such a way that the students need to qualify jee mains exam and should get a rank in top 2,24,000 candidates (including all categories).A candidate gets a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advance.

For appearing in jee advanced an individual should score 75% marks in 12 th Board equivalent exam or be ranked top 20 percentile  in their respective board exam. Hope you got your answer.
