Hello,
It is hard to predict the percentile as it depends on number of candidates appeared and the percentage of candidates who score equal or less marks than you.
However, you calculate your expected rank using the formula and then you can check the cut off rank for NIT, Trichy and compare with your rank.
Your expected rank can be calculated using the formula
(100-your total percentile)*112679/100
Where 112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.
Check the previous year cut off for NIT, Trichy category wise. The ranks are opening and closing rank respectively

  • General category: 765-1550(home state), 436-670 (other state)
  • OBC-NCL: 280-577 (home state), 156-319 (other state)
  • SC: 117-273(home state), 69-152( other state)
  • ST: 274-596(home state), 23-42( other state)

However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
