Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like level of question in examination seats available and total number of applicants in the entrance examination.
As per previous year records it's expected that cut off to get admission in IIIT Bangalore in top notch branch is will be 7500.

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General and with such category if you are seeking admission in B.Tech course of either IIIT Bangalore or IIIT Hyderabad through JEE-Main score then according to the analysis of previous year's cut-off trends your CRL rank should be under 10,000 and against this rank your percentile should be more than 98 in JEE-Main 2021.
