The closing rank for CSE Branch at IIIT, Delhi was 17,288 in the year 2019. The closing rank for the same was 48,591 in the year 2020. These closing ranks are of JEE Mains and for Other Backward Class (OBC) Category candidates.

So in order to get into IIIT Delhi you need to secure 150+ marks out of 300 in JEE-Main if you belongs to other state then Delhi but if you belongs to Delhi then you should secure minimum 100+ out of 300 in JEE-Main.
