- CSE branch - 9802(Other state quota)
- CSE branch - 76360(Delhi quota)

So in order to get into IIIT Delhi you need to secure 150+ marks out of 300 in JEE-Main if you belongs to other state then Delhi but if you belongs to Delhi then you should secure minimum 100+ out of 300 in JEE-Main.
