Seat allotment depends on your rank, category, seat availability, eligibility and preferences. You need to secure the cut off rank in order to get seat in NIT, Andhra Pradesh. Cut off changes every year so it is difficult to predict it but it will slightly increase or decrease. In 2019 the cut off rank to get admission in Computer Science Engineering was as follows for home state and other state respectively

• General: 14099, 14478
• OBC-NCL: 5365, 5100
• SC:  2005, 2705
• ST: 978, 1421

You need to score depending on your category and state. If you belong to UR then you need to score minimum 99 percentile, for OBC-NCL it is minimum 97 percentile and for SC/ST you need to score above 90 percentile.
