Hello Faizan, hope you are doing good. This year cutoff list has not been released yet. But according to previous year cutoffs scoring near 8000 rank  or near about 95- 98 percentile will be quite enough safe to get a seat in B Arch course. Candidates for admission into B.Tech and B.Arch courses will have to apply for JMI as well as JEE Main examination.
