The National Testing Agency (NTA) hasn't yet announced the exact cutoff percentile for qualifying JEE Mains and to be eligible to give JEE Advance.
Since JEE is again going to be conducted in April, NTA will probably release cutoff percentile at the end of April.
It is predicted that students with above 85 percentile will be eligible to give JEE Advance but to know precisely you will have to wait for the officials to announce.

First of all NTA has not yet published any cutoff's but if you go through the recent approximate trends then you must have a percentile more than 78 ( Considering general) to qualify for JEE advance and to get into NIT's you must have a percentile above 93 or 94.
