how much rank is required for gaining government MBBS seat for "SC" category in state of "Andra Pradesh"....is 8000 rank ( state rank )is ok.... please answer anyone I'm so afraid of exam results

hope you are doing absolutely fine
There are chances that you may get MBBS seat in ANDHRA PRADESH and that too government seat.
with your rank of 8000 in SC category, you can fetch the government seat. this cannot be assured as every year the competition is increasing and the cut off for medical colleges are increasing. I would suggest you try till the mop up round.
Also apply for all the colleges across the state. This may increase your chances for government seat.
