Cutoff marks and rank differ every year and for every IIT.   No one can accurately tell you the minimum rank.being an OBC girl student , you need to score a minimum marks of 150 to be on a safer side . And , your rank should be under 5k on the basis of previous year cutoffs. To see the cutoffs of previous year JEE MAINS , do follow the given link :

Hope you are well. Congratulations for clearing JEE Mains.To get an IIT with a good branch, a female girl student of OBC need to score under a crl Rank of 3k.

At a rank of 3k to 6k,  you have an outside chance of making it to the IITs in the less popular branch.

The IITs prepared nine rank lists caste and reservation wise including general, OBC, SC, ST, PWD category. A general category student was required to score a minimum of 75 marks of 372 to get a rank. It was 67 marks for OBC applicants and 38 for SC/ ST category candidates.
