Hello Surendra.
In order to get a government medical college in Up your rank should be somewhere around 4000-6000 general rank and it should be less than 1000 as your category rank.
With this much rank you can be confident of getting a Seat for sure.

My rank in gn 3680 and in obc 1300.. But seats is only 2200 then how can secure a seat. All the peoples say to me that neither a single college I get with is rank of MBBS. What should I do I feel dipressed
And my air is 26000
Yes you will not get MBBS but still many courses are suitable for you like BDS BAMS BHMS BUMS etc.
