No,you can't get admission in rv engineering college, Bangalore,on the basis of jee mains score.
There are 3 ways of getting admission.
1)KCET- Merit -based exam for local Karnataka students. 45% of the seats are filled through KCET.
2)COMEDK- Merit-based exam for All India students. 30% of the seats are filled through COMEDK.
3)Management Quota- Rest 25% of the seats are filled through Management quota. In this process, the fee structure is on a higher side.
If you are not appeared for above two exams so you have only one option left for admission and it is to go by management quota,so contact to institute for that.

I think you are talking about RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. For getting admission in this College you have to clear the state level exam conducted by the Karnataka government COMEDK. It's toughness relative to JEE MAINS is less and to ensure a seat in RV College you must be under 500 rank.
