Hopefully you will be knowing that IITs cutoff for top B.Tech branches are the opening and closing ranks of JEE Advanced for the various branches at IITs.
It must be noted that the cutoff varies for the different institute and the category of the candidates. Various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, previous year’s cutoff trends, number of candidates applied, etc are taken into consideration by the authorities while preparing the IITs cutoff for top B.Tech branches.
If you get a rank under 10K in JEE Advanced then there is chance in getting a seat in top IITs though each IITs has got up it's own cutoffs which differ from branch to branch.
