I would like to inform you to get a seat in ece in VIT university,vellore within 15,000 as per the last few year's cutoffs then the category game will come into play like if you get just above the cutoff there are every chances for getting 5th category whose fees would be around 5L per annum so being in 5k-10k is the safest,I would say.
