    hi,

    see the salary structure depends on the organization, for professor or lecturer position salary structure depends on the terms and the role of the professor. in government colleges salary ranges from 30-45k initially. however for private college salary ranges from 20k-30k. however again its depends on the institute or the organization you may work for.
