Hello!
After your graduation, you can directly get through campus interviews into IT companies. I would like to suggest you to join any start up company at beginning because over there you will get lot more experience but your payment package will be less compared to well established companies. In well established companies you will not be able to get more experience and exposure which u get in start up.
There are two types of companies:
# product based companies
# service based companies
Product based companies pay more compared to service based companies. But getting into product based company in challenging. You need to have very good coding skills.
