Hello,
To get adamission into NITs under OBC NCL category, the expected cut-off percentile score can be around 74% i.e., the score must be around 270 out of 360. However, the assumption may vary as per the level of questions asked.
Hope this helps !!
This year to get seat in NITs you need to score 120+ out of 300.Also score of 100-120 can fetch you seat in home state NITs with OBC-NCL and home state quota.Try to score 120+ for having seat in decent rank NITs or IIITs..
I hope this helps..
While preparing the cutoff of NITs for top B.Tech branches, the authorities will consider the following factors:
Difficulty level of JEE Main 2020
Number of seats available for admission
Previous years cutoff trends
Number of applicants in each institute
Number of candidates for JEE Main 2020.
I can not exactly tell you how much marks would be required by I can surely tell you an idea with the help of previous year cut offs.

If you want to get admitted in top nit like NIT SURATHKAL,NIT TRICHY,NIT WARANGAL then you must score above 200 marks so you can get assured to get seat in these INSTITUTION.
As opening rank and closing rank will not make such big difference compared to 2019 .So you must prepare as hard as you can.
