The score you need in your 12th boards to study abroad varies depending on the country, university, and course you are targeting. Generally, for countries like Canada and the USA, universities look for a strong academic record, often expecting scores of at least 75-80% or higher. Top-tier universities may require even higher percentages, typically above 90%. Additionally, meeting the minimum score requirement does not guarantee admission, as universities also consider other factors such as standardized test scores (like the SAT or ACT), extracurricular activities, personal statements, and letters of recommendation. It's crucial to research the specific requirements of the universities you are interested in and aim for the highest possible scores to enhance your chances of admission.
Hello dear Mayank.
It's really a very good call that you are thinking of studying abroad. For this as far as 10+2 score is concerned I think first division that is 60%+ will be more than sufficient. But to study away you have to give certain entrance exams which you can qualify and study abroad , it depends on your course you are looking for.
Good luck
