The cut off depends on a lot of factors.According to NEET 2019 the closing ranks for Assam Medical College Dibrugarh is given below :
UR - 356
OBC - 981
SC - 1092
ST Plain - 1947
ST Hill - 3152
EWS - 439
PWD - 6654

We do not have 2019 data yet. In 2018, under State Quota, 367 marks secured a seat in Dibrugarh Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off.
