As per the previous year analysis, you will need to score marks in the range of 620 to 630 marks out of 720 to get a rank below 1000 assuming you from general unreserved category. Having said this, cutoffs keep fluctuating from year to year as they depend on various factors like number of candidates, paper level difficulty, etc. Also AIIMS JIPMER etc these exams are merged into common NEET exam from this year only.
