Yana, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to. This is important because cut offs change from  State to State. But on a general note for a seat in any GMC under SC/ST Categories, you will need atleast 500. Now this is ageneral information but if you can help us with the State you belong to, we can help you with relevant information.

For SC Category the neet 2019 cut of was 473 and it was 465 for ST. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you will need atleasr 500-525.
