Hi,
Since this year, around 15 lakh students appeared for NEET -2019 , they ranks have fallen so the cutoff marks and rank would definitely rise. The cutoff of government colleges all over India might go above 550 ,
Therefore I would recommend you to apply or look for other courses in which you might be interested in. All the best
