see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, students category, seat matrix, in nits 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates, however since cse or ece are the most demanding stream cutoff score is high, even if more than 95 percentile score is decent to get seat in nits. you may follow the below link to know about last year closing rank,
