How much time does it really takes to get USMLE done and Start earning??

Hello,

mle steps require time and energy and your full focus. Time taken for any exam is relative .

Preparing for any exam depends on your pace and time. It also depends on how far are you able to understand the exam pattern.

Normally a period of 6-8 months is necessary for step 1 but I have seen my colleagues take them in 4-5 months

Step 2 requires atleast 4 months of prep but it's relatively easier than step 1

Step 3 is the shortest preparing exam with just about 20 to 30 days

So usually a total of 1 year to 1 and half for all the steps. so after that you can start earning .

Thank you so much, that means a lot!!!! But I have another question, can I get residency after completing the 3 steps and is it easier than NEET PG
