NEET UG entrance exam contains of 180 questions in total, out of which 90 is for biology, and 45-45 each for physics and chemistry. The time given is 3 hours that is 180 minutes. So, you dont really need to calculate the time for filling up the OMR sheet bubbles but focus on solving the questions well in time. Filling a bubble hardly takes 5 seconds. So, manage your time properly and solve the paper so that you are left with atleast 5-10 min. to revise and check out for all that you have done.

Time required to fill 180 bubbles entirely depends on your speed. Some candidates fill the bubble after each question and some leave them for the end to fill them together. If you are of the second type, then remember to keep enough time in hand to fill the bubbles and also to check your paper thoroughly. On an average it should take 35 to 45 minutes to fill all the bubbles in the OMR sheet. So keep atleast 50 mins or an hour in hand so that you can calmly fill up your sheet.
