you should study around 6 to 8 hours a day when you give a round 3 hours to physics especially in the morning, 3 hours to biology in the afternoon and around 2 hours of chemistry at night with some gaps in between all the three shifts so that you can counterbalance all the subjects and settle the bill in your memory

there is no specific guidelines as to how many hours we should study as many can study upto 20 hours a day while many cannot study beyond two to three hours a day to do what it seems fittest to you

Hii Abhishek

If you want to clear neet exam then you should follow a proper schedule-

1) divide your day into 4 halves and each halve should be for 3 hours, first half should be for physics, second halve should be for chemistry,3rd half should be for biology and 4th half should be for solving MCQ'S

2) your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly

3) opt any one reference book for each subject for solving MCQ'S like for physics you can opt universal publication,dc Pandey,Allen module, for chemistry you can opt Dinesh objective,MTG,ABC publication,Allen module, for biology you can opt trueman of biology, Pradeep,MTG.Try not to solve too many books as it will only confuse you

4) solve previous year question paper as some questions are asked as it is

5) solve mock test papers to increase your speed of solving paper within time limit.

6) The last and the most important thing, don't get demotivated,it will only cause you problems so watch motivational videos or do meditate.

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you
