how much to score for a neet aspirant of (obc-2b) category for admission in any government medical college?in neet 2020
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
The marks difference between OBC & UR are not that great. Although a fewer percentage of seat probably 7-10 are reserved for OBC students. So if you have a score of 465-510 and above you will have a higher possibility of getting a seat in government college.
For private colleges you must have a marks between 300-400. With 400 and above you may get chance in private medical colleges in Z cities like Mumbai etc.
All this marks ranges I said are for MBBS.
I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Hello aspirant!
Cutoff for colleges vary depending on the institution, region etc. and they do not remain constant always. However, due to more competition this year the expected more for a OBC category candidate to get a government seat is atleast 500-530 and above on average. For private colleges, cutoffs are comparitevly lesser.
