how much to score in neet 2020 to get free government seat in karnakata for obc?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
First of all there's nothing like free seat , even if you get a government college for MBBS you have to pay fee but yes it is is is very low when compared to a private medical college .
It's quite difficult to predict marks required to get an MBBS seat in a Government medical College as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc
But as previous year trends you try to get at least 450 marks or more for Government medical College under Karnataka State quota if you belong to OBC category.
For example,
In neet 2019, 424 marks for obc category got into a government medical college i.e Bowring and Lady Curzon Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru under Karnataka State quota .
