The fees structure is different for different courses.
In Kattankulathur campus fees per year is Rs. 250000 for all B.Tech courses except nanotechnology and Aerospace engineering whose fees would be Rs. 375000 per year.  So the fees for 4 years would be around 10 lakh to 15 lakh which includes only the tution fees. Other than this you need to pay the registration fees of Rs. 10000 at the time of admission.
In Ramapuram Campus  fees per year will be Rs. 150000 for Civil, Electrical and computers, EEE, and IT. Rs. 200000 for CS, and electronics nd comunications  and Rs. 175000 for Mechanical engineering. So the fees for 4 years would be around Rs 6 lakh to 8 lakh. And again Rs 10000 for registration.
In Vadapalani Campus the fees for 4 years for Btech courses would range from around 7 lakh to 8 lakh and also Rs 10000 at the time of admission.

Hostel and transport fees are to be paid seperately and the hostel fees depends on the type of room you choose ranging from Rs . 99500 to Rs. 290000 per year which includes the Mess fees and laundary fees also.
