Dear aspirant,
If i am not wrong you mean to ask how much you should score to get a medical seat without donation,since you have not mentioned any specific category, i assume you belong to general or unreserved category , in order to get a medical seat(govt) from UR category through AIQ you should score above 550 or 600(on a safer side) and if you want to get a medical seat through state quota (karnataka for example) you must score about 450-500(for a safe bet).
According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,depending upon level of difficulty of neet this year,no of candidates applying to neet this year to govt colleges through yout state quota (from general category ) also rank fallout pattern is entirely different from previous year so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, last year cut off rank 104137 aginst 368 marks through karanataka state quota , so acc to previous year you might not have a chance.
