How much work experience we should have to get into the iim's or top B-school? Right now I am in the second year of graduation.

Hi Suhani,
Work experience is not a mandatory criterion to get admission into IIMs and other Top B-Schools. Freshers too have equal opportunities to get into these. Right now your current focus should be doing well in your graduation and after that, if you do well in the entrance exams you can easily sail through.
