Biomedical engineering program comprises study about tissue engineering, molecular or systems level biology/ physiology and mathematics.

According to the reports, there will be a surge in the demand for biomedical engineers and it is predicted to rise to 23 percent between 2014 to 2024.

The national average salary for a Biomedical Engineer is 3,52,695 in India.

After experience ; your salary will increase exponentially.

Hello Aspirant,

An average biomedical engineer in India would earn around 4LPA. The field of bio medical engineering have great scope and job opportunities as according to a report since 2018 the requirement for such professionals have increased around 15% which would continue to increase till 2028. So this profession is in demand and if you make up a career into this at the right time. You can expect better salaries in near future.
