How much would I need to score in CAT, XAT or any entrance exam for getting admission in GIM if my 10th, 12th and graduation have B grade?

More than 90 percentile required in CAT for Admission in IIM.

You need minimum 85percentile in CAT and minimum 80 percentile in XAT.
For CMAT you need 93 percentile.
Under GMAT, score needs to be 600 above.
