First of all you don't need to fill your class 11th details while filling neet application form, secondly you need to follow the same steps as students of regular boards to fill the neet application form i. e once the application form gets released you need to follow the below steps:-

* registration:- first of all you need to vist the official page i. e ntaneet . nic . in and register yourself and generate your login credentials

* filling your details in the application of NEET 2021:- you have to fill your personal details , the medium or language in which you want your neet question paper, academic details, your address etc

*Uploading the images :- You need to upload the scanned image of your signature, your passport size photograph, post card size picture and scanned image of your left hand thumb impression.

* paying neet application fee:- you have to pay your neet application fee in online mode

* At last you need to take the print of the confirmation page

And don't worry students of NIOS are eligible for Neet examination if they meet the percentage requirements to be eligible i. e

Neet 2021 eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must be either appearing for the class 12th board examination 2021 or one must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

-) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

-) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category

-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general/ews pwd candidates to be eligible.

So, if you meet this percentage requirement in PCB then you don't need to worry at all you will be eligible for Neet examination and can also get admission in Medical College after qualifying Neet on the basis of rank obtained by Neet examination as NIOS is a valid, recognised board and is accepted for Neet examination

Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts one can appear in NEET.
