Hi Anshuman,

Once a candidate has applied for the counseling by paying the counseling fee and submitting the counseling application form after qualifying the entrance exam, he/ she has to fill in and lock the choice of colleges that he wants to study in within the timeframe allotted by the counseling authorities after which the counseling results will start to be published. Registration for the counseling is a one time process and so is the case for the locking of choice of colleges which is also to be done after completing the registration process for counseling and thus one cannot select fresh choice of colleges for counseling once the choices have been locked before the commencement of the counseling process.
