Dear Varun, you should pass Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology each of the subjects after calculating both theory and practicals. And then you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in these 3 subjects to be eligible for NEET. So after adding your theory and practical marks, you should clear or pass the subject.
