Dear Rishabh, AIIMS hasn't released its prospectus to every prspect aspirant. Only those candidates whose basic application has been accepted are allowed to complete the final registration process. In this, he first step is to upload the prospectus and seat matrix. You needn't do anything on your part for this step. AIIMS will upload its prospectus online and you can go through this prospectus by logging into theie official website with your credentials. Its like your handbook with all necessary information to guide you through all way until your admission to the college.
