How should be the format to enter your name in CA foundation registration? Surname-First name(as in 10th marksheet) or first name-surname?

In CA foundation registration form you have enter salutation, Name, date of birth ,gender as per your 10th and 12th marks marksheet. It is clearly mentioned on the website of ca foundation. Once the form is filled details can not be changed later. Fill the form accurately.

Hi,
The name should be entered exactly as per the 10th Marksheet. It is mentioned in the CA foundation registration form as an Important Note that Name, DOB, should be entered as per 10th/12th Certificate.
