Hello Tejaswi

For your information, the eligibility for admission to any Medical College of Dental College giving an MBBS or BDS degree across the nation except for some like AIIMS , Jipmer and CMC Vellore, the Neet examination is the common entrance for all of them

So if you want to get admitted to a private medical college of Karnataka Tamil Nadu you will first need to do your online form fillup by the second week of March and get your admit card by the end of April and sit for the Neet examination in the first week of me and wait for your results by mid June

After you get your marks and rank, you need to definitely get in excess of 360 out of 720 to be held eligible for counselling for even the private medical colleges

For government medical colleges you might need to score more than 600 if you are applying by the 15% all India quota or usko in excess of 500 to 550 for the 85% state quota seat availability

Since you are aiming for a private medical college the marks barrier for you might be somewhere in between 380 to 420

Hope this helps, thank you

Since nearly every deemed university has begun considering NEET-UG scores for preparing a merit list and conducting admissions, you will have to appear for NEET-UG examination for the admission into private colleges of karnataka or Tamil Nadu.

Dear aspirant,

You just have to appear in the neet exam and ensure a good rank. After that counseling for various state colleges including the private ones will be done by the respective states.

Hope it helps!

Neet is the mainstay modality of entrance for these states

After you get a rank, you can attend the counseling in these states depending on State quota or all India quota.

All the best!
